The first exploratory call is a brief 10-15 minute consultation that the patient can choose to have. It is designed for both the patient and the psychologist to get to know each other. During this call, the psychologist can evaluate whether the reason for consultation aligns with their competencies, and the patient gets a first impression of the person who could accompany them in their therapeutic process.

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you can do so without problems. In the "My Appointments" section, you can manage all necessary changes.

Your patients receive automatic reminders via both email and WhatsApp.

Every time you schedule a new session, the patient receives a confirmation. Additionally, we send a reminder 24 hours before the appointment.

If you choose the monthly plan, payment is made automatically each month. If you opt for the annual plan, it is charged once. You will always receive an email with payment confirmation. You can cancel at any time: your subscription will remain active until the next billing date.

You can schedule sessions from your control panel in Kayzen. The patient will automatically receive confirmation and reminders.

Kayzen does not charge additional fees for canceled or missed sessions, but we recommend you clearly establish your own conditions with your patients.

Yes. From your panel you can generate invoices for your patients and download them for your accounting.
